Magda Kron joined RKL as a partner in 1994 and has over 18 years of legal experience primarily in commercial law, family law and wills and estates. Her work ethic and attention to detail continue to be a vital ingredient in the firm's success.
In her time as an RKL partner, Magda has been involved in complex commercial litigation in all jurisdictions, including legal matters regarding wills and estates, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, white collar crime, administrative law, family law and worksafe prosecutions. The legal work in which Magda engages is driven by her client's business and legal needs.
Magda knows her clients and their businesses and, as a result, many of Magda's clients have come to regard her as a trusted advisor who guides them through their legal and business matters.
Magda values integrity, trust and communication. She is committed to introducing clients to alternative dispute resolution in all aspects of her legal practice and is trained in mediation. She is a Collaborative Law Practitioner and a Member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
